Many services listed in our Community Recreation Database ( / NS Trails Guide have reduced hours or are currently closed to the public. We advise that you call ahead to confirm services / trails are open and available before attending in person.

Information Flowing along the Nova Scotia and New Brunswick shoreline, the tides of the Bay of Fundy hold a staggering energy potential: enough to power up to 2 million homes. Fundy Ocean Research Centre for Energy, located just west of Parrsboro, is home to the leading tidal energy research facility in Canada, designed to study the potential for tidal stream turbines to play a role in our clean energy future.
Hours COVID 19 protocols are in place. 
Open Thursday to Sunday 10 - 4 until October 4th, 2020 
By appointment after October 4th (dependent on staff availability)
Meetings Facilities are available for charity and non-profits organizations, however it is dependant on staff availability. Please contact for further information.
