Description & Services

Information  
The Valley Scottish Country Dancers live and dance in the Annapolis Valley area of Nova Scotia.  
 
First term classes run from the middle of September to the end of November, and conclude with three classes in January preparatory to the Burns night.  
 
Second term classes will run from the beginning of February to the middle of May.  
 
Classes are $6 a night, or $60 for the term. 
 
Note: in the event of inclement weather, please check with the dance instructors.  
 
Visitors and beginners are welcome.  
 
Burns Supper: 
The Burns Supper takes place on the Saturday evening closest to Burns' birthday (25th January) in the Louis Millett Community Complex, 9489 Commercial St, New Minas B4N 3G3. Tickets will go on sale at the end of November.  
 
Advanced Level Classes: 
For dancers looking for a bit more of a challenge! 
Bishop Hall, 10032 Highway #1, Greenwich, Nova Scotia B4P 2R2 
Cost: $5  
Last Saturday of each month from 2.00 - 4.00 pm
Hours Regular Classes: 
Tue, 7:30pm - 9:30pm
Dates 1st Term: Middle of September to end of November AND first 3 Tuesdays of January 
2nd Term: beginning of February to the middle of May
