Description & Services
Information The Valley Rugby Union is a collaboration between the Valley Bulldogs RFC and the Windsor Machine Rugby Club for the growth and development of rugby union in the Valley region of Nova Scotia. The Valley Bulldogs RFC was established in 1987 and the Windsor Machine Rugby Club was established in 2008. 
The VRU competes in Rugby Nova Scotia’s Mens and Womens Division I and II. 
In season senior practices are held from 6:30pm to 8:30pm; 
Tuesdays: Benedict’s Field, Collins Road, Port Williams 
Thursdays: Avon View School, Payzant Drive, Windsor 
Rookie Rugby – Tuesdays June through August @ Benedict’s Field, Collins Road, Port Williams 
The Valley Rugby Union always welcomes new members to the team, regardless of your age or skill level!
