Description & Services
Information The Zoe Valle Library is a community library serving Chester and the surrounding area. It is supported by charitable donations to the Zoe Valle Lightfoot Endowment Fund which is managed by a Board of Trustees and administered by the Municipality of Chester. The Board hold an annual general meeting, to which the public is invited, to receive reports on financial and administrative matters. 
The Zoe Valle Library Newsletter is published twice a year and is intended to keep the community informed of developments and activities involving the Library. 
If you have any questions about the Library, you can drop by or call during operating hours and speak to the librarian!
