Description & Services
Information We are an informal group that formed in 2011 our goal is to promote the heritage and beauty of Sable River. 
We host an Annual Heritage Day in the community of Sable River held on the third Saturday in August. 
We have 5 registered heritage properties in the Sable River area, which we promote through our Heritage Day event. 
We have strong first nations roots in our area, which we promote through presentations during our Heritage Day event. We have created an interpretive panel for the role the Mi'kmaq have played in our area. This panel is located on the Sable River Foot bridge walking trail.
