Trail Surface Logging roads and rugged woodland path with steep grades.

Information This Trail begins on woodland managed by Barrett Lumber. The woodland portion is within the boundaries of Blue Mountain-Birch Cove Lakes Wilderness Area. Hikers will be challenged by the steady climb from the North base of Blue Mountain Hill to the summit. At the summit you will find a memorial cache of stones and an unlimited view from the highest point in Halifax Regional Municipality.
