Information Amherst Lions Skatepark

185 Church Street, beside Amherst Stadium
Built in 2011 with generous support from the Amherst Lions Club, the 10,000 sq. ft. skatepark is located next to Amherst Stadium on Church Street. The park's configuration is largely plaza-based with various ledges, rails, stairs, hips, and more. There are some transition elements as well: a bowled-out quarter pipe and a custom quarter pipe. The skatepark was developed as part of our strategy to provide no-cost recreational opportunities to youth. Helmets are recommended.
