Information 30 minutes of moderate exercise most days a week can help you feel better, stay healthy and enjoy life to the fullest.  
 
Join Connie Banfield for an energizing 30 minutes of fitness.  
 
We’ll squeeze in some cardio and toning in this circuit training lunch time energizer!  
 
Work at a pace comfortable to you!  
 
Tuesday will focus on cardio and Thursday will be weights and sculpt.
