Description & Services

Information Central Nova Women's Resource Centre is a non-profit agency which offers services and resources for women free of charge. They are committed to strengthening and empowering women through services, programs and workshops. All programs are offered in a group setting as well as one-on-one by appointment with a support worker. Among services provided are:
  • Social advocacy and outreach
  • Support services by appointment with a Women's Support Worker
  • Accompaniment and support for women facing challenges when dealing with legal systems, family services or other agencies
Confidentiality is respected Self Esteem Living & Loving Life A Deeper Look at Me Anger Management Stress Management Healthy Relationships Nutrition Journal Writing Healthy Living Programs run for an 8 week period and require pre-registration.
Hours 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (Closed from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm for lunch.) 
Some evenings by appointment. 
Wednesday & Thursday Evenings until 8 pm
Dates Monday to Friday
