Description & Services
Information Everyone, from all walks of life, faiths, and backgrounds, is welcome at Truro Shambhala Meditation. The group gathers once a week to:  
     
  • Learn to meditate
    •  
  • Practice meditation with others
    •  
  • Learn more about how meditation can apply to all aspects of life (health, relationships, arts, household, environment, society)
    •  
  • Participate in talks, classes, and discussions
    •  
  • Meet and socialize with people who care about some of the same things
Meetings Wednesdays from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
