Information Regular practice of Taoist Tai Chi™ arts can bring a wide range of health benefits to the muscular, skeletal and circulatory systems. The flowing movements serve as a moving meditation that reduces stress and provides a way to cultivate body and mind.  
The Atlantic Region of the Fung Loy Kok Institute of Taoism, which encompasses New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland and Labrador, comprises 8 branches and over 40 locations providing Tai Chi classes.  
The Chester location is currently part of the Halifax Branch. 
Beginner Class / Continuing Class  
Beginners are encouraged to join a Continuing Class where you will start to learn Taoist Tai Chi internal arts of health. You will be introduced to the 108 movements of the taijiquan set. We try to keep the atmosphere light and non-competitive, so you are encouraged to progress at your own pace. 
Beginners class are offered on regular basis but one does not need to wait to benefits from regular practice of Taoist Tai Chi™ arts.
