| Information | The trail descending to the base of the falls is short with a beautiful over story of old growth hemlock. There is a rope to help people down the steep embankment. Use: Hiking Length: 0.2 km Type: Out and back Difficulty: 1D Availability: Open 24/7, year round Nearest community: 47 minutes to Antigonish by car Directions: Follow the Highway 347 down from New Glasgow, past the Eden Lake, until you see Black Brook rd on your left, about 9 km from the lake. Follow this road another 5 km until you reach the trail on your left; If you reach Black Brook Lake you've gone too far. The trail follows a river for about 10 minutes before reaching the falls.
