Description & Services
Information “Les Jeux de l’Acadie de la Nouvelle-Écosse”, a sporting and cultural event, is amongst the largest gatherings of Nova Scotia’s Francophone youth. In addition to encouraging hundreds of young people to practice their leadership skills, the French language and their athleticism, “Les Jeux de l’Acadie” showcases their cultural pride, self-confidence and skills in the context of healthy competition. “Les Jeux de l’Acadie” brings together athletes and volunteers from 12 Acadian regions throughout Nova Scotia. These regions include Clare, Par-en-bas, Greenwood, Rive-Sud, Halifax, Dartmouth, Sackville, Truro, Pomquet, Richmond, Cheticamp and Sydney.
