Information  
ARNIS DE MANO: From the Spanish, meaning “Harness or Seize the Hand,” referring to the system of Filipino Martial arts know as Arnis. 
 
Our school originates from the Philippines.  
 
We do weapon-based fighting with sticks and knives.  
 
We learn hand-to-hand combat and weapon disarming techniques. 
 
Martial arts are suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced, as well as for kids.  
 
You don’t need to be physically fit to participate.
Eligibility Ages: 9 year(s) and up
Hours Mon & Wed 6-7:30 pm 
Cost: $30.00 per month 
1st & 2nd classes are free
