Heart & Stroke also offers what we call our Community of Survivors. Our Community is made up of survivors, caregivers and health professionals, who are living or caring for someone with heart disease or stroke. By joining, you will be the first to learn (via emails and e-newsletters) about research news, information, practical tips and strategies to help you take charge of your recovery. Your feedback and advice will help guide us as we develop supports and programs that are needed, practical, and that will really make a difference in the recovery journey.
