This run is open to everyone, but the focus is getting beginners out the door!  
 
Staff will also provide printed running routes to visitors who need them.
Meetings Saturdays at 9 am ( Casual Runners up to 5K ) - Sundays at 10am ( Intermediate Runners 5k-Full Marathon training )
